Rates

• Nightly rate $150 (minimum 2 night stay)
• Weekly rate $700

Rates based on double occupancy, contact us for packages and longer stays. All taxes and fees are included in the nightly and weekly prices listed above.

Alegria is a legal and fully licensed Rental Suite.

Policies

Check in time is between 4pm & 6pm. Check out is 12 noon. Other arrangements can be made upon request.

A $100 deposit is required upon reservation. This will serve as both down payment and damage deposit and will be subtracted from your bill upon checkout. A minimum of 7 days cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
